This collection was inspired by the American Circus during World War II, a time of power, strength and romance. The circus was endorsed and encouraged by President Roosevelt as a way to keep peoples minds off of the war and their loved ones fighting overseas. Circus' of that time provided a much needed release always filled with whimsy, spectacle and oh so much wonder.
The entire collection is 100% cotton with the exception of polyester lining. The printed fabrics were designed by myself and custom printed using Spoonflower.com. It was important to keep the fabric comfortable, durable and eco-friendly. Key pieces are also reversible in this collection and provide more style options.
